The apartments can be obtained on the journey day as of 16.00 o’clock, on the departure day we ask you to vacate the suites till 10.00 o’clock.

If you don’t travel or if you don’t occupy the apartment, the deposit is settled as contra-entry charges. The accounting is carried out after days which are in writing booked or agreed.  The complete renting amount has to be nevertheless paid than contra-entry charges on the booked days on later arrival or earlier departure as well as at cancellation of the booking within the last 30 days before the vacation beginning agreed on. We recommend therefore the conclusion of a journey-cancel for your insurance company and if required , we would be happy to send you an ahead invoice for that
